My passion has always been food and my ambition has always been a to have a place I can call my own, so here we are!
My career from leaving school in Perth has sent me on many journeys from Commis Chef in the Channel Islands to Head Chef of Glendoick Garden Centre with a few stops in between.
I think that fresh produce is the best ingredient a Chef can have, so where ever possible, I will source from local farmers, butchers and fish mongers.
